Fingers crossed all goes well tonight and Waylon is voted out. If so, this is a move that I had a big say in. Emily and I played the most critical role in this. Our conversation on call where we talked about realizing we were both expendable to everyone in the game put in motion this idea that we need to work together to change that, or at least take the power that everyone else didn’t even realize they gave to us.

Ultimately, I decided to pick Elyse over Sam. I think Elyse gives me more game info and is more likely to commit to playing with me longer. I brought up Waylons name to Elyse by saying he called me and threw out Silas’s name. I created distrust between Elyse and Sam by telling Elyse that Sam told me she was going to lie to her about the vote. I told Sam that Waylon told me she was the one that was pushing Elyse’s name, and that I believe he was using Sam’s name as a decoy vote in case an idol was played on Elyse.

There’s a lot of pieces that needed to fall into place, but I do think I got myself out of a tough spot. I was going to be forced to pick between Elyse and her group or Sam, Jack, and Waylon, and now, instead, I played a role in bridging the divide so to speak and getting most people to agree Waylon can go. I saved myself from fully exposing my relationship with Elyse, and getting unnecessary negative attention this soon.

I think I may be looked at as a goat right now which is honestly fine. I’m playing that up hardcore. I wan’t people to think they can take me far. They can underestimate me all they want because I know that I’m smart enough to know when to strike, and I know that I can sell an underdog story arch to a jury.
